NOTE: We can no longer guarantee shipment to any address before December 25. Local pickup in Montreal is still available until Dec 21.

Holiday Shipping Break

We will continue to ship online orders until Dec 21. All orders for physical items (yarn, kits, books, etc) placed between Dec 21, 2020 and Jan 3, 2021 will be shipped January 4. Orders for PDF downloads will continue to be delivered via email as normal.

Local Pickup

Our dye studio is currently closed until Jan 4, 2021, but we will continue to offer our pickup option for local customers until Dec 21. If you choose this option we will contact you by email to arrange a place and time for you to pick up your order.

Dyed to Order

Since our dye studio is currently closed, dyed to order purchases will take slightly longer to ship than usual. All dyed to order purchases placed between Dec 16 and Jan 3 will ship by January 20 at the latest. If you need to receive your purchase sooner please contact us with the details and we will give you a more accurate estimate.
